Bobby Bramhall

Bobby Bramhall is a sports attorney, sports law and NIL law professor, former professional baseball player, and former NCAA Division I Asst. Athletics Director (Texas A&M), and the author of Who’s on First? Everything Baseball Players and Their Parents Need to Know. He created the first ever NIL law school course in 2023 at the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law. 

After receiving All-American honors at Rice University and appearing in back-to-back College World Series, he went on to play with four MLB organizations over seven seasons in the United States.

While a law student at the University of Tennessee, he won both first place and the Professionalism Award at “The Closer” National Transactional Law Competition. In addition, his article, An Employment Stance on Taking a Knee, was published in the Journal of Legal Aspects of Sport. He is licensed to practice law in Tennessee. He lives with his wife, daughter and two dogs in Dripping Springs, TX.
